We are recruiting!

We are currently looking for a full-time English-speaking holiday representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers when they arrive on their holiday, so first impressions are key. This role involves dealing with the needs and requests of our guests, ensuring maximum satisfaction with services provided and overall holiday enjoyment.


Applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English. They are to excel in, and be passionate about, delivering outstanding customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·         being the central point of contact and knowledge in the resort;

·         representing the company in a professional, well-presented manner at all times in compliance with the company uniform policy;

·         organising, promoting and conducting welcome meetings;

·         sales of tours;

·         ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


The ideal candidates will:

·         possess strong social and 'people' skills and be cheerful / outgoing;

·         be motivated / passionate / enthusiastic;

·         be able to work alone and as part of a team;

·         be able to cope under pressure;

·         possess good communication skills;

·         have sales experience;

·         be fluent in English, and any other language is considered an asset;

·         be computer literate;

·         hold a clean driving licence and possess own car.

 

Previous experience in a similar post would be considered an asset.
