We are currently looking for a full-time English-speaking holiday representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers when they arrive on their holiday, so first impressions are key. This role involves dealing with the needs and requests of our guests, ensuring maximum satisfaction with services provided and overall holiday enjoyment.

Applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English. They are to excel in, and be passionate about, delivering outstanding customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·         being the central point of contact and knowledge in the resort;

·         representing the company in a professional, well-presented manner at all times in compliance with the company uniform policy;

·         organising, promoting and conducting welcome meetings;

·         sales of tours;

·         ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidates will:

·         possess strong social and 'people' skills and be cheerful / outgoing;

·         be motivated / passionate / enthusiastic;

·         be able to work alone and as part of a team;

·         be able to cope under pressure;

·         possess good communication skills;

·         have sales experience;

·         be fluent in English, and any other language is considered an asset;

·         be computer literate;

·         hold a clean driving licence and possess own car.


Previous experience in a similar post would be considered an asset.

Full Time Reservations Clerk

Main duties include:

  • Carry out clerical and administrative duties within the office
  • Handle all calls during office hours related to bookings and reservations
  • Communicating directly with clients, offering a prompt, friendly and courteous service
  • Work closely with the Reservations Manager
  • Reply to clients queries and handle any issues and/or complaints


Interested applicants would preferably have:

  • ·         At least 1 year's experience within a reservation department
  • ·         Computer literate in Word and Excel
  • ·         O-level standard of education
  • ·         Very good knowledge of Maltese & English and another foreign language would be considered an asset
  • ·         Possess excellent outlook and be pro-active to handle client requests and able to work under pressure
  • ·         Organised, takes initiative and smart in appearance

Part Time Accounts Clerk. The Company is flexible as to working days and hours.


Main duties include:

-          Maintaining general ledger

-          Monthly bank reconciliations

-          Debtors & Creditors reconciliations

-          VAT returns & other statutory periodic returns

-          Liaising with overseas operators including invoicing & debt collection


Interested applicants would preferably have:

-          2 years experience

-          Minimum A level in accounts or a diploma in accounting

-          Good communication and organisational skills

-          Very good knowledge of Sage accounting software and Microsoft applications

-          Attention to detail and able to work on own initiative, whilst also being able to prioritise work load to meet deadlines
